Composite doors
Ask any homeowner what they look for when choosing new doors and windows, and they will inevitably say security and looks. Chipping Norton Glass supply a range of doors that combine the classical look of a traditional timber door with the introduction of modern technology. |
| |
The Composite door looks and feels like a traditional timber door, with its rich grain and range of UV stable colours or natural woodgrains, yet it requires none of the painting or varnishing of its predecessor. The thermoplastic door skins are also designed to resist denting, warping or cracking. |
| |

Composite doors are engineered from moulds developed from real hardwoods which reproduce the accurate grain pattern and direction to the stiles and rails. The door's core material is manufactured from high density foam, which provides outstanding levels of thermal and noise insulation. The sub frame utilises engineered timber that resists bowing, warping or distortion. Thermoplastic faces are bonded to the core construction under high pressure creating a door leaf that is strong, extremely stable and has a finished colour that lasts.

| |
The Composite door is available in several styles and colours with a range of glazing options to complement the style and appearance of each door. The locking systems offer high security with multipoint hook lock and deadlock options. |
