Conservatories

Which roof?

There are two main choices of roof - glass and polycarbonate.

Glass gives you a clear view up through the roof but it is heavy and so not suitable for all constructions.

Polycarbonate is lighter in weight; it creates a softer light effect in bright sun and is inexpensive. However, it is a little noisier in heavy rain or hail.
